Operation Transformation Week 6: Smokey Pork Chops

Serves 2 (Each serving contains approx 400 kcal)


2 pork loin chops
300g baby potatoes
2 carrots, chopped
200g green beans

Food Staples
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons smoked paprika


  1. Pre-heat the grill to medium heat
  2. Place the baby potatoes in a pot of boiling water and simmer until cooked for approximately 5-8 minutes
  3. Steam chopped carrots and green beans for approximately 5-8 minutes until tender
  4. In a bowl combine smoked paprika and oil
  5. Place the two pork chops in the paprika and oil marinade and coat well using your hands
  6. Place chops under the grill on medium heat until cooked through for approximately 10 minutes
  7. Serve pork chops with baby potatoes and steamed vegetables
