  1. Skip to main content: A skip to main content link is currently not present.
  2. Desktop menu navigation: Our main menu is accessible using a keyboard but some menu items are not
  3. Focus State: Some linked areas are missing a focus state
  4. Text on image: Some information relies on text as part of an image
  5. Homepage info blocks: The block links are not accessible to keyboard
  6. Offer blocks: The offer information currently relies on image based text
  7. Store locator: The sidebar is not accessible by keyboard
  8. Forms: Some forms are missing labels and do not follow best practice
  9. Descriptive links: Some text links are ambiguous
  10. Redundant links: Some adjacent links go to the same URL
  11. Screen Reader: The site has not yet been optimised for screen reader technology
  12. 3rd party offers magazine: The content of this is not accessible to screen readers.
  13. Alt Tags: Multiple images do not have any and/or suitable alternative text.
  14. Linked images missing alternative text: Images without alternative text exist resulting in an empty link                .
  15. Empty Links: There are multiple links that contain no text
  16. Contrast errors: There is very low contrast between text and background colours in multiple sections
  17. Headings: Some pages are missing a Heading 1 and/or have skipped heading levels.

 

We are working on updating many of these limitations and will have addressed many of these issues by 28th June 2025.
