Breakfast Pot Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 150g natural or Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 30g oats or your favorite cereal (e.g., granola, muesli, cornflakes)
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup for sweetness, chia seeds, or nuts for extra texture

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the strawberries
    Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. You can mash a few if you like a jammy texture.

  2. Layer the ingredients

    • Start with a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom of your jar or bowl.
    • Add a layer of oats or cereal.
    • Add a layer of strawberries.
    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
  3. Add toppings (optional)
    Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, and sprinkle with chia seeds or crushed nuts if desired.

  4. Serve or chill
    Eat immediately for a crunchy texture, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to soften the oats slightly
