Prepare the strawberries
Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. You can mash a few if you like a jammy texture. -
Layer the ingredients
- Start with a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom of your jar or bowl.
- Add a layer of oats or cereal.
- Add a layer of strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.

Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, and sprinkle with chia seeds or crushed nuts if desired. -
Serve or chill
Eat immediately for a crunchy texture, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to soften the oats slightly
