- Competition entry is strictly over 16’s
- The promoter is Londis Ireland.
- Londis Ireland is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management. Prizes will be fulfilled by Londis.
- The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 16 years or older excluding employees of Londis Ireland, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
- No purchase is necessary.
- To enter the competition, you must answer by stating your favourite Ireland’s Fittest Family Coach from Season 11.
- The entrant entering the promotion must be the owner of the Facebook account used.
- Only comments left under the competition post will be accepted as an entry. Comments left under the competition Terms & Conditions note will not be accepted as an entry.
- The winner will be determined at random from all correct entries on Facebook.
- No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of prizes. The prize will consist of four Londis branded Ireland’s Fittest Family 1/4 Zip TOPs. Sizes range from Adults Small to XX Large subject to availability. There is only one prize to be won.
- Londis will select & contact winner. Londis will not share winner details including postal addresses & Eircode with any third party.
- Prizes may take up to 30 working days to arrive.
- The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for no other purpose. Once all parties are satisfied that you have received your prize, your contact details will be removed from all databases. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable. - The Londis Ireland competition will begin on 12/12/2023 and will close at 23.59pm on the 19/12/2023. No Exceptions
- Winner will be contacted and chosen before the 20th December 2023. Londis Ireland will contact the winner via Facebook direct message.
- In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours to winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
- Winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion without any further consent or payment.
